Meals - 04/20/09

The first of my daily(excluding weekends) weight/calorie tracking posts. So, without further ado...

Starting Weight: 233.3 lbs.

Breakfast:
3 eggs (free range) scrambled - 210 calories
2 large celery stalks - 20 calories
Handful of carrots - 30 calories
Breakfast total: 260 calories

Exercise: commuted to work by bicycle.
Duration: 40 minutes
Estimated calories burned: 680

Snack:
Cinnamon cookies (5) - 150 calories
1 litre water with lemon juice - 0 calories

Lunch:
2 large celery stalks - 20 calories
Handful of carrots - 30 calories
Chicken breast - 202 calories
1/2 a cup of white rice - 121 calories
Coke Zero - 0 calories
Lunch total: 373

Okay, here's something wierd. I've been doing this for a week and now 1/2 way through my lunch, I realized I wasn't hungry anymore. According to friends who have already dropped weight, that shouldn't have happened for a few weeks.

Well, I'm not complaining! To success! (raises a Coke Zero)

Snacks:
Apple - 80 calories
Coke Zero - 0 calories

Exercise: Went to shopping mall by bicycle.
Duration: 20 minutes
Estimated calories burned: 360

Dininer:
2 bowls of home made chicken soup - 302
2 dinner rolls - 150
Chai Tea - 70
Piece of cake - unknown. It was very plain, so I don't expet it to be a lot.

Exercise
Duration: 1 hour
Walk - 130 calories burned

Total: -371

Good day. I burned more calories than I consumed.
