Meals - 04/23/09

Starting weight - 230.6

This was a little disappointing, but more realistic than the 2 -3 pound drop over two days.

Breakfast:
Oatmeal - 340 calories
Carrots - 30 calories
Celery - 20 calories
One piece of turkey bacon - 35 calories

Exercise:
Commuting to work
Duration: 40 minutes
Calories burned: 680

Snack: cookies - 150 calories

Lunch:
Quarter pounder meal w/supersize fries & coke - 1410

I know, I know...I forgot my lunch at home, but I could have eaten something smaller...I just started riding the bandwagon, let me fall off a time or two will ya? :P

Dinner
2 x pork cutlets - 240 calories

Desert:
Med. Tim horton's coffee double-double - 150 calories
10 Timbits - 640 calories

Daily Total: 2334 calories

This is what happens when you don't pay attention to what you're putting into your mouth. I had no idea the Timbits were that bad. Suffice to say, today was not good. :(
