Meals 04/22/09

Starting Weight: 230.8

Breakfast:
6 free range eggs - 420 calories (yes, six eggs. They were at the end of their expirey date.)
Snack bar - 130

Snack:
Beaver Buzz Core Energy drink - 260 calories

Exercise:
Commuted to work
Duration: 40 minutes
Calories burned: 681

One thing I've noticed about days I've exercised, the more I exercise, the more I can eat! Obviously, you have to be careful with this or you'll end up eating tons of food when you exercise and end up not losing any weight. But if you do this responsibly, it'll really make life easier during the times you want/need to 'cheat.'

Lunch:
Chicken breast - 202 calories
Celery - 20 calories
Carrots - 30 calories
Apple - 80 calories
Pear - 60 calories
Coke Zero - 0 calories

Dinner:
Lasagne - 400 calories

Exercise:
Commuted home from work
Duration: 40 minutes
Calories burned: 680
